StellarClean PBW is a gentle yet highly effective alkaline cleaner, developed specifically for brewery applications. Thanks to its unique formulation it replaces harsh caustic soda cleaners, while being safe for the user and the environment.

StellarClean uses active oxygen to penetrate deep into protein and carbon-based soils, and is not affected by hard water. This makes it ideal for CIP cleaning (Clean in Place) of brew kettles, fermenters, conditioning tanks, filters, and packaging equipment. Typical usage concentration is around 1%, depending on soil load and water quality.

Unlike aggressive caustic cleaners, StellarClean does not require high heat, making it an excellent choice for soak cleaning. It has been proven to clean brass and copper filters as well as aluminium surfaces effectively.

Unlike pure sodium percarbonate (such as StellarOxy), which only targets a limited range of soils, StellarClean contains 8 active ingredients that tackle proteins, oils, carbon, scale and more. This ensures consistent cleaning performance regardless of water hardness or the type of residue in your fermenter.
