Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract / Return of Goods

1. Right of withdrawal

• If you are a consumer and you purchased goods through our e-shop, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. We also offer an extended return period of up to 30 days from receipt of the goods.
• The withdrawal or return request must be sent to the seller within the applicable period.

2. How to request a return

• You can request a return through the e-shop in the “My order” section, or contact us by e-mail at:

Please include the following information:

• invoice number or order number,

• your full name,

• bank account number for the refund,

• information that you wish to withdraw from the contract or return the goods.

Once we receive this information, we will agree on the next steps with you.

3. Preparing the goods for return

Returned goods must be:

• clean,

• undamaged,

• complete,

• without signs of use or wear,

• preferably in the original packaging.

Please attach proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order number.

• The goods must be packed carefully to prevent damage during transport. The seller is not responsible for damage caused by insufficient or unsuitable packaging during return shipment. We recommend insuring the shipment.

• The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer.

5. Refunds

• The refund will be made after the returned goods have been received and checked. The seller is not obliged to refund the payment before the goods are returned or before the buyer proves that the goods have been sent back.
• If the returned goods are incomplete, damaged, dirty, or show signs of use or wear, the refunded amount may be reduced accordingly. In some cases, the return may not be accepted.
• The seller may deduct actual costs related to restoring the goods to their original condition, such as damaged packaging or other necessary handling costs.

6. Important information

• The right of withdrawal cannot be understood as a free rental of goods.
• In the case of a partial return of an order, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the original shipping costs.
• If free shipping was provided because the order exceeded a certain value, and after returning part of the goods the order value falls below that limit, the seller reserves the right to charge the standard shipping cost retrospectively. This amount may be deducted from the refund.

7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in certain cases, especially for:

• goods made or modified according to the customer’s wishes,

• services already fully provided with the customer’s prior consent,

• repairs or maintenance carried out at the place designated by the customer at the customer’s request.

8. Purchases by businesses

• Buyers who purchase goods as part of their business activity, especially purchases made using a company ID number / VAT number, do not have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
• Returns by business customers are possible only by prior agreement with the seller. Such returns may be subject to a handling fee or other agreed conditions.
