Food-grade nitrogen (E941) designed for dispensing beer, wine, and non-carbonated beverages such as cider and fruit juices. Nitrogen is ideal for still drinks because it is practically insoluble in water and does not carbonate beverages like CO₂.

Nitrogen is also used for Nitro Coffee, where it creates a smooth, creamy texture and the characteristic cascading effect during pouring. It additionally helps reduce oxidation.
