Product detailed description

Wound filter cartridge made from 100% pure polypropylene fibre. The filter media is wound around a rigid polypropylene core, ensuring structural stability and uniform filtration efficiency along the entire length of the cartridge.

Polypropylene is chemically resistant, does not release any colour, taste or odour into the water, and is suitable for a wide range of food-grade and industrial applications.

Applications:

• replaceable wound (string-wound) polypropylene filter cartridge for standard 10" filter housings
• removal of mechanical impurities (sand, rust, sludge, sediments down to 5 µm)
• water treatment for food and beverage applications

Warning: Do not use with microbiologically contaminated water without prior and subsequent disinfection.
